Action Shred’s sales executive is very nice, pleasant, and friendly. I knew when I met her that I wanted to at least try Action Shred and compare them to others I’ve used in the past, which were bad. Well guess what: The first time Action Shred came to our company’s Records Management Department to shred for us, I was so impressed with the customer service, and impressed that they shredded onsite, I switched to Action Shred immediately.

Action’s Shred’s customer service is great, which shows me the staff is properly trained. We’re very big on customer service and I would definitely spread the word to other companies about my great experiences with Action Shred.

Action Shred has been very helpful in our understanding of the new Texas law on document security. The sales staff has been there to answer all questions and provide solutions for our document destruction issues. The company has been prompt and on time for the promised services. The sales staff has taken extra measures to make sure we are satisfied and the goals we require are met.

It is a great pleasure working with Action Shred of Texas. They have helped my department in several areas. For example, they will meet my department as early as 4:00 a.m. to destroy boxes. With this help, we can move a mass quantity of documents without disturbing our operation during regular office hours.

On the same note, the service and personnel are exceptional. They will always help us with projects and needs.
